Business Hours

Monday -Friday : 10am-5pm (PST), Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED. Replies and files will be sent during business hours only.

Deposit

A deposit is required to begin design process. Deposit is half of total purchase amount.

Design Times

Digital Designs

1-2 designs: 1-3 business days

3 or more designs: 3-6 business days

Print Designs

1-2 designs: 5-8 business days to be directly delivered to you

3 or more designs: 7-10 business days to be directly delivered to you

The design time will be emailed to you for any orders with more than 3 designs.

Design times begin once a customer's order questionnaire is completed, submitted, and all details have been clarified. Design times may vary if there are delays in responses from the customer to submit, and/or clarify the details of the order questionnaire, and delays for approving the design proof (this includes when requesting revisions).

Photo Quality

Professional and high quality photos are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you do not have such photos, stock photos can be provided to still excite a professional look.

 

Refunds

There are no refunds.

Revisions

You will be allowed 2 free revisions per design. For additional revisions there will be a $15 fee per revision. Revisions are free if mistakes are made by designer (ex: typos, etc). A revision can include multiple changes, but there is only one revision for every new design proof file sent. For example, if a customer chooses to change the color of a background from white to gold and then from gold to black, changing from the original white background to gold is one revision, and then changing the gold background to black is another, as they have to be sent in separate PNG files (this applies even when comparing designs to choose from).
